Nature of Our Products

All products offered by PawsPixelArt are digital downloads. This means that once your purchase is complete and payment is confirmed, you gain immediate access to download the digital file(s). No physical product will be shipped.

Our General No-Refund & No-Exchange Policy

Due to the instant, irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products once the purchase is completed and the download link has been made available to you (either via redirection to a confirmation page or email delivery).

By proceeding with a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a cooling-off period (right of withdrawal/regret) that may otherwise apply to certain online purchases, given the immediate consumption of the digital content.

Exceptions (Faulty or Incorrect Files)

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are committed to ensuring you receive a perfect product. We will gladly address the following issues:

  • Corrupted File: If the digital file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable.
  • Incorrect File: If you received a file that is different from what was described or pictured on the product page.

In such cases, we will provide a replacement file or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund.

  • A clear description of the issue you are experiencing.
